The Dixie Dog Diner came into existence because of Momma Dog's love for her granddog, Cameron, and her own two baby girl dogs, Chloe and C.C. Making homemade Southern treats for them and their pals to enjoy (including Sunny, the family cat), it seemed only natural for her to share these with other hungry pups all across the country.

After much research into health and nutrition for dogs, each recipe was tried and taste-tested at the Dixie Dog Diner, located in Trussville, Alabama, until it was given the two paws up of approval by Cameron, Chloe, and C.C.  Even Dad-O (Momma Dog's husband) gets into the act with his contribution of grilling and smoking some of the Southern treats.

Each batch is baked to order with fresh ingredients, no added salt or preservatives, and lots of love; then packaged and shipped directly to you from the diner via USPS Priority mail or 2nd Day Air to insure freshness when they arrive at your door.  The mailman is sure to be your dog's best friend when he delivers the package.  It is recommended to refrigerate treats for continued freshness.  Treats may be stored in your refrigerator for two weeks or frozen for up to two months, to retain their fresh-baked flavor.

Be sure to also check out the accessories and pet care products offered on the DixieDogDiner.com site, where new products will continually be added. Also check out the Seasonal Items.

The Dixie Dog Diner wants to hear from you and your pets, and we're always open for suggestions.  If there is a product you would like to see us carry, or comments you wish to make, please email at mommadog@dixiedogdiner.com
